How we handle reviews
At Legit Growerz, every review is read by a member of the team before being published. Here are our rules, in accordance with Article L111-7-2 of the French Consumer Code.
Who can leave a review?
Anyone can leave a review on a product page, using a nickname or anonymously. Your email address is never displayed: it is only used to verify your purchase and contact you if necessary.
What does "Verified Purchase" mean?
The "Verified Purchase" badge is only displayed when the email address used corresponds to a paid order containing this product from our store. Other reviews are published without this badge.
Moderation
Reviews are manually moderated and published or rejected within 7 days. We never reject a review because of its rating: negative reviews are published just like positive reviews.
A review may only be rejected if it:
- contains abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful language;
- is off-topic or does not concern the product;
- contains personal data (full name, phone number, address);
- contains health or therapeutic claims, which are prohibited for hemp products.
Display order and rewards
Published reviews are displayed from most recent to oldest. If a reward (loyalty points, promo code) is offered for leaving a review, it is granted regardless of the rating given.
