Article 2 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded remotely on the website www.legitgrowerz.com between the Seller and any adult individual acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC, which the Customer acknowledges having read before confirming their order. The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time; the GTC applicable are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 3 – Sale Reserved for Adults
The sale of products offered on the website is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the Customer certifies that they are of legal age. The Seller reserves the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order in case of doubt.
Article 4 – Products
The products offered are cannabidiol (CBD) based products derived from authorized hemp varieties, whose THC content (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) complies with current French and European regulations (less than or equal to 0.3%). Laboratory analyses are available upon request.
The products are not medicines and do not claim any therapeutic or curative properties. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
Precautions for use: products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and for people undergoing medical treatment without the advice of a healthcare professional. Do not consume before driving or operating machinery. Keep out of reach of children.
Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated before final order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order confirmation.
Article 6 – Order
The Customer selects the products, adds them to their cart, enters their contact details and delivery method, then confirms their order after accepting these GTC. The order is final after payment confirmation.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom a dispute exists, or in case of suspected fraud.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is made online by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard...) via the secure Viva.com payment solution. Banking data is encrypted and is never retained by the Seller.
The Customer's account is debited at the time of order confirmation.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, according to one of two options:
- Delivery to a pickup point
- Home delivery
Delivery area: Metropolitan France, Belgium and other European Union countries.
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 business hours from shipment. These times are provided as an estimate and may vary in case of high demand or carrier issues.
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days beyond the announced deadline, the Customer may, after a formal notice remains unanswered, terminate the contract in accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
The Customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any reservations with the carrier, then to inform the Seller as soon as possible at contact@roninfarmz.com.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify it.
To exercise it, the Customer notifies their decision by email to contact@roninfarmz.com (the standard form below can be used). Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and sealed, within 14 days of notification, to the address: Ronin Farmz, 8 rue de la Vossière, 89100 Collemiers. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
The refund takes place within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal, which may be deferred until receipt of the products, via the payment method used during the order.
Exception: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Withdrawal form: “To the attention of Ronin Farmz, 8 rue de la Vossière, 89100 Collemiers, contact@roninfarmz.com: I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract relating to the sale of the good below: …, ordered on … / received on …. Customer Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature (in case of paper notification): … ”
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from the delivery of the good, and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

Article 11 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for a use of the products not in accordance with the indicated recommendations, nor for a use contrary to the legislation applicable in the country of delivery. It is up to the Customer to ensure that possession and use of the products are authorized in their country.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected are necessary for order processing and are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. The Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection which they can exercise at contact@roninfarmz.com.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Ronin Farmz. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 14 – Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact customer service at contact@roninfarmz.com to find an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may free of charge resort to a consumer mediator, whose contact details are communicated to them upon request at contact@roninfarmz.com.
These GTC are subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
